Initial thoughts on Doc Martin clip

The clip began with a room full of people. A father and son were fixing the sink for Doc Martin and as the son stood up and spoke, the dad began trying to fix the sink with a tool but instead burst the pipe causing the water to spray everywhere. While Doc Martin was panicking, the telephone rang and the son answered it, leaving the broken pipe. Doc Martin grabbed a pillow and began holding it over the burst pipe while the dad sat on his chair. A women then entered the room and Doc Martin began telling her off for not helping sort the mess out. Suddenly a dog entered the room in which Doc Martin had never seen (a stray dog). He then took the dog to the local police station and handed the dog over to the officer. As Doc was walking away, he bumped into a women who insisted he'd be a good help to the community. After she hinted about Doc writing her a form for some cream, she mentioned that the old doctor never really followed the rules. He finally filled in the form for her and sent her on her way. He then walked past a school where he looked in the window and saw a women who looked back at him. She wore a eye cover on her right eye. She looked at him then looked away. After a few seconds, he walked over to an old women who was unloading fruit and vegetables who told him that the women she was looking at was a teacher. He knew and said that he'd met her once before. They had a conversation about Doc meeting her as the women was giving Doc Martin  crates full of fruit and vegetables to carry into a building for her. They then both walked into the building and the clip ended.
